Position Papers

Position Papers

The position paper is designed to communicate a country’s stance on the topic at hand. Since the objective is to have the country’s propositions fulfilled, the purpose of a paper should revolve around the questions: “Where does my nation stand on the issues and what are some concrete proposals/solutions which would advance this position?” Please follow the guidelines and outline constructed below.

AI POLICY: Position papers are meant to reflect the creative ideas and writing style of our delegates, not of AI. Because of this, the use of AI for any part of the position writing process beyond research and citations is strictly prohibited. Our advisors will be speaking with the advisors of delegates suspected of using AI.

All position papers should be submitted based on the instructions below.
Position Paper deadline: November 30th, 2025
